Bumping contact details between friends or colleagues has just become a whole lot easier. The innovative app (which recently celebrated its billionth download on the App Store) has just announced that it will now let users share other files such as videos and photos by gently 'bumping' their devices together.

The feature has been added to the iPhone version of the app, which already lets users share contacts and pictures. The app can also transfer data between Apple and Android devices, and it has a Web client that allows users to swap files between computers.

To transfer files, simply hold your iPhone and someone else's against each other, then tap on the 'bump to transfer' button.
